The new casino resort will create a total of 1,150 jobs at the centre which will house a four-star hotel, 51 shops and 12 restaurant unit, with the final phase of construction is currently underway.
The leisure complex will become the first of its kind in the UK when it opens, with sister sites in Manila, New York and Singapore.
Roles still needed to be filled are believed to be for casino staff and a special event is taking place at the Radisson Blu Hotel, 12 Holloway Circus, Birmingham on February 25 in a hope to complete those roles.
Casino general manager Dave Scott said: “During the past six months in which I have been closely involved in the recruitment of croupiers and other gaming staff through our academies I have seen first hand the excitement and anticipation that exists to work in the casino at Resorts World Birmingham.
“Not only will successful applicants be working in one of the most exciting environments in the gaming industry but be a part of one of the largest fully integrated leisure and entertainment resorts in Europe. “We have a wide range of jobs on offer and with a diverse set of experience and qualifications required so I encourage anyone who feels they would like to be a part of the Genting International Casino team to attend the recruitment fair and see what is available to them.”
