IOA confirms new central office
Based in the Worcestershire town of Stourport-on-Severn, the new office will serve as the base for IOA’s nationwide operations team and will be headed up by the organization’s national account manager, Nik Novak.
Speaking about the new center, Novak said the office will play a “key role” in the organization’s strategy moving forward.
“The central office's focus is on the management activity of all IOA customer accounts, the coordination of operations, reporting, analysis and the broader distribution of business information crucial to the effective operation and management of machines for our national customer base,” Novak said.
“This is an important additional resource for the IOA and by extension IOA customers. “The central office will play a key role moving forwards as we respond to the opportunities and challenges that crop up in 2015. “The move was managed seamlessly with no interruption of the high level of service expected by our customers.”
