(Chile).- The Casino Superintendent’s Office of Chile reported that in November, the 16 operating casinos generated gross earnings of USD 35.3 M from 407,295 visits, with each visit spending an average of USD 85. What's more, the respective local and regional governments must received USD 5.9 M in specific gaming taxes, with the treasury receiving USD 2.1 M in income tax.

Earnings in November saw a 7.3% drop compared to October, and the number of visits decreased by approximately 7.9%, from 442,087 in October to 407,295 in November. However, the average amount spent per visit increased by 0.7%.

From the total earnings registered in November, Monticello Grand Casino held  28.7 % of that total, Casino Rinconada 13.6 %, Marina del Sol 11.5 %, 

Enjoy Antofagasta 9.2 %, Dreams Temuco 6.7 %, Dreams Punta Arenas 5.5 %, Casino Sol Calama 4.9 %, Gran Casino de Talca 4.1 %, Dreams Valdivia 3.8 %, Antay Casino & Hotel 2.9 %, Casino Sol Osorno 1.9 %, Casino de Colchagua 1.8 %, Casino de Juegos del Pacífico 1.7 %. Dreams Coyhaique 1.4 %, Casino Gran Los Ángeles 1.4 %, and Enjoy Chiloé 0.8 %.

In November players pressing their luck on the 9,638 slots hit the jackpot on an average of 94 % of the total bets. The total amount in bets was USD 468.7 million, and the slots jackpots won by players reached USD 28.1 million at  the 16 casinos.
