(US).- Bri-Mark Builders of Oshkosh, a Wisconsin developer, will soon start construction for a new hotel at the new Wild Rose Casino- with a 70- room addition to be built onto the casino building.

Jeremy Griesbach of Bri-Mark said this would be their first project attached to another building. Greisbach was recently in Iowa for the groundbreaking of a Cobblestone Inn at Winterset.

His company is constructing hotels in Winterset, Waverly, and will soon begin the Jefferson project. They already have put up hotels in Bloomfield, Avoca, Knoxville, and Des Moines.

Griesbach said Jefferson’s new hotel will have “an indoor pool to take advantage of the large convention center that will be attached as a part of the casino.” He said the new hall will be able to seat 1000 people for events there.

The new casino is slated to be completed by August of 2015. It will employ 275 people, with an annual payroll of US$ 7 million.
