What can you say about firm’s performance in 2014?
2014 was a big year for Patriot. We continued to grow as a whole, adding new members to our team as well as products to our catalog. We only see more growth for 2015, and that is a great thing!
Can you reveal to us your launch plans or any news for next year?
We are currently working on our redesigned website that will feature customized portals for our customers. This gives us yet another opportunity to serve our customers, and is especially key to our relationship with our international customers.
What are your clients' biggest concerns?
In the short time that I have been working with my clients in this territory, I have learned that one of their biggest concerns is customer service. Customer service is something that is just as important as the quality of product that we sell. Without the customer, we have nothing. Going that extra step to insure that the client is happy is a necessity when it comes to being a dependable company. With great customer service comes a great customer relationship, and that is one thing that we pride ourselves in.
How is company positioned in Latin American market?
We have been developing partnerships in South America for several years now, and our position in Latin America as a whole is continuing to grow. Having representatives that can be present and available to these important customers has been key. We now offer our services to the entire Caribbean, Central America, and Mexico as well. We are starting with a solid foundation introducing ourselves as a reliable company that offers great products and outstanding service.
Do you plan to expand in the region?
We, as a whole, plan on expanding. My region is always growing and there are always opportunities with new casinos, as well as already-established Casinos. Having such a large territory is an advantage because I do get to expand and meet new clients. This industry is always busy with new and upcoming projects which is why Patriot Gaming is always busy as well. We keep up with what the customer needs. When you have a variety of products to offer like we do, it’s hard to not to have something the client needs. This is an exciting time to be in this industry with all the new things happening. And all we can do is grow along with it.
