(Slovenia, exclusive Yogonet.com).- This year was a special one for Alfastreet. The company celebrated its 20th anniversary and achieved several goals. To find out more about this and the firm’s plans for next year, Yogonet.com got in touch with Albert Radman, Alfastreet's Sales Director.

What did Alfastreet's 20th anniversary mean for the company? How did you celebrate?
The 20th anniversary was very important for Alfastreet, as it was factual evidence of our performance as well as our commitment to the things that we do. Our journey as a small company in this business is very hard we have to constantly look for ways to stay ahead of our competitors and  make sure we plan for the future. So far we’ve been very successful with all this and we are grateful for it.

What goals have firm met this year?
Our goals are always connected to same points: develop new products, expand to new markets, and of course, sell more machines. This year was actually very good for us in many ways. We launched, or we are about to launch several different products, which will extensively add to our brand value in the world of ETG machines. We successfully entered the US market with a new distributor, and also, we reached our goals and maintained both our numbers and our dominance in our field of gaming industry. Our goals will be the same for the next year so I am sure we will be able to achieve the same.

What does Alfastreet expect for 2015?
Each year is getting more competitive and therefore more difficult for any gaming company to constantly progress and expand. We expect to maintain our position in the global markets, and we also expect to expand our company, mainly due to the major new developments we are going to launch in the next year.

What can you say about firm’s performance in 2014?
Our performance met our expectations. Each year we invest considerably  in both development and customer service. We make sure that we maintain our excellent level of service, market understanding and flexibility towards sides, players and operators. As mentioned, our performance is a result of our hard work and careful strategic planning. That way there are very few surprises for us, as we prepare ourselves and correctly anticipate the outcome of a specific task.

Can you reveal to us some launching, plans or news for next year?
Alfastreet will branch out of the ETG line and expand our offerings to other type of gaming machines. We are extremely excited about this and  are getting ready for the official launch at the next year’s ICE.

What are your customers mains concerns goals for next year?
Customers are still careful about their investments and they often look to buy cheaper rather than better quality. Alfastreet is, by all means, better quality, so we need to find a way to argue this correct choice with the customer. Buying cheaper, presents lots of problems, and a short life span. Buy better quality, and you enjoy years of effortless operation. In the end, customers still make the right choice.
