Macau casino operator Melco Crown Entertainment is a partner in the joint venture that will operate the City of Dreams Manila.
The US$1.3 billion casino-resort will have 365 gaming tables, 1,680 slot machines, 1,680 electronic table games and about 946 hotel rooms in three hotels.
