How do you evaluate the 2014 edition of SAGSE?
Although reduced in size compared to previous years, the current SAGSE edition gave us the chance to offer our customers the latest releases, including the new Helix cabinet, the J*Series family games with titles with jackpots and the progressive and bonusing system One Link.
In this sense, we had great success among the visitors and customers that visited our booth. Once again, Aristocrat positions itself as a leader in the industry, being present with a complete portfolio of solutions for our customers in Argentina and the rest of the region.
What type of operators visited your stand?
We received operators of all sizes, most of them from Argentina, but we also had visitors in Chile, Peru, Uruguay, Paraguay and other countries.
How was the public feedback with regards to the Helix cabinet in its three versions and what are the perspectives for this products in this market?
The feedback was excellent and we have several orders on track. This cabinet represents a great leap forward in sophistication and power compared to our previous cabinets, and our customers realize that and have congratulated us. Aristocrat's strategy is to lead with the best content and the best hardware, and the results are being noted in the industry.
The event reflected the political-economic situation of Argentina. Based on your perception by talking with operators and other manufacturers, Which are your expectations for 2015?
After many years of presence in the region, Aristocrat has shown a solid commitment to our customers in Latin America and that has been reflected in the preference which we now enjoy. Our plans for 2015 are to continue offering the best of our portfolio to our customers within the possibilities and according to the situation in Argentina. Although we have concerns with regard to the political-economic situation, the main thing is that Aristocrat continues to be strongly committed to the country and its customers.
