How have you seen the recent SAGSE show?
We were aware of the fact that it was going to be smaller than previous editions, however, the quality and quantity of visitors and exhibitors was good. There was much information and interesting businesses. It resulted better than expected.
Will you continue with the training courses?
Yes. In January I will return to Argentina to participate in several training courses in the NOA (Noroeste Argentino), Entre Ríos, Santa Cruz and in other provinces.
How are you positioned in Uruguay and Chile? How do you see these markets?
In Uruguay there is movement and good purchases. In Chile there weren't any sales due to regulations imposed by the Casino Superintendence.
Do you believe this situation will change?
It depends on the fact that manufacturers adapt or not to the new regulations. As they need to sell, they will. But nowadays the market is stalled. On the other hand, Paraguay is the big surprise of the year. There was a lot of movement and a great number of sales of CPI validators.
What other countries are strong for you?
Peru, Colombia and Panama.
And what about Mexico?
They don't use validators there. However, we have an office there with 520 employees. We hope the new law will enable the use of validators, but the market there is decreasing, not increasing.
