NYX Gaming acquires Amaya's Ongame

(Canada).- NYX Gaming Group announced that it has acquired the Ongame Network from Amaya Gaming Group. "The addition of Ongame is a perfect start to our strategic plans for continued growth in Europe and the United States," said Matt Davey, CEO of NYX Gaming Group. The price was not disclosed.

NYX is preparing for a public listing on the Toronto Stock Exchange. The firm also runs Card Player Poker.
