Argentina: SAGSE University today offers its first training session for operators

(Argentina).- SAGSE University is one of the new alternatives offered by SAGSE Buenos Aires to attract and train regional operators. Starting from 9 a.m, 80 Latin American operators will receive training there throughout the three-day event, which is exclusively by invitation only- only sponsors or people with a personal invitation may participate.

In the morning, there will be a welcome/get-to-know-you coffee break, exclusive for subscribers and sponsors, where the public will have a chance to get to know one another or even catch up. The latest news, items and marketing trends for casinos will be analyzed, as well as problems, resolutions and innovations regarding the players’ behavior within casinos.

“It is a learning process based on the experience of others. The main strength of SAGSE and all its events is the networking and face-to-face interaction. On top of learning from businessmen that are professionals in education, attendees will also have time for building contacts through interaction. This valuable event will be the introduction and warm-up before entering the exhibition area in the afternoon”, explained Alan Burak, from Monografie.

Today's program includes a reception and coffee break from 8 am and from 9am to 1:30pm the course, “How does the consumer / player think? –An introduction to the study of consumer/ player behavior,” led by Psychology Graduate, Mariano Guntern.

Tomorrow, from 8am to 1:30pm, the offered course will be “Marketing - secrets for casinos”, a revision of some of the latest and more successful marketing strategies. It will be led by Javier Tedesco, leader of the consulting company QKIE, which specializes in strategical and digital marketing for the B2B market.

Finally, Thursday 13th from 9 a.m.  the talk “Conflict and Negotiation”, will be held, moderated by

Hernán Risso Patrón, and as well as   “Leadership – Looking to the XXI Century”, from 11:30 am.
