(UK).- The UK Gambling Commission (UKGC) has awarded White Hat Gaming with a new online gaming license. White Hat Gaming, which also offers white-label solutions, currently operates 11 online casino and bingo brands that fall under full UKGC regulation.

The Gambling (Licensing and Advertising) Act, which came into force in the UK on November 1, requires operators or software providers accepting UK-based players to acquire UK Gambling License in order to accept UK traffic.

The new license will ensure that customers accessing such casino and bingo websites will be safe in the knowledge that their details are secure, their gambling experience will be fair and the services are both legal and regulated.

Marc Weinberg, chief marketing officer for White Hat Gaming, said: “A full UK Gambling Licence is arguably considered the most prestigious online gambling license today. The brands that we operate are now regulated by the most stringent and rigorous commission in the world.”

“To receive a full UK license, as opposed to a continuation license, at such an early date is also a testament to White Hat Gaming’s excellent corporate governance,” he concluded.
