"We are so happy to announce that Courtney has joined our team," states Partner and President Doug Miller. "She is a widely recognized talent in the trade show industry and with her background on G2E and her strong industry relationships, she is the perfect person to work with NIGA to help shape the future of their event."

She will assume responsibility for overseeing much of the day-to-day management of the company as well as seek out new acquisitions, launches and partnerships for Urban Expositions. Chief among those responsibilities will be her over-sight of the NIGA tradeshow.

In the past few years Urban has begun to diversify its business into industry sectors including Gaming, Food Service, Art and Aviation.

Muller led the efforts on Global Gaming Expo from 2004-2013 and worked closely with G2E partner, The American Gaming Association as well as the sponsor, The Association of Gaming Equipment Manufacturers.

Muller worked on ten G2E cycles and in her tenure grew the show to record heights of attendance and floor size. She grew and expanded the brand into Macau in 2006 and solidified G2E as a globally recognized industry-leading brand for the gaming industry.

“The gaming industry is in my blood”, states Courtney Muller, “and I’m thrilled to be back working with so many dear friends and colleagues. I am excited about the challenge of working on an event that I have always admired and look forward to working closely with NIGA and everyone in the tribal community to bring the show to new heights.”

NIGA Executive Director Jason Giles concluded, “I’ve known Courtney for many years and greatly respect her knowledge and intuition of the gaming industry. She has always treated NIGA and our members with the utmost respect and it’s truly a pleasure to be teaming up with her.”
