(Slovenia, exclusive Yogonet.com).- Alfastreet CEO Tjasa Luin Peric granted an interview to Yogonet.com, in which she talked about the evolution of the company, which is currently celebrating 20th anniversary. She also spoke about the goals the company has achieved and future projects. “Another big project is the beginning of the casino and hotel equipment line, which we are launching this September,” she added.

How has the company evolved over these past 20 years?
Alfastreet gaming was established in 1994 and it didn't take long for us to conquer world markets. We have always been innovative and hardworking, therefore our product range has evolved tremendously in these 20 years. We created many innovative gaming machines, games and unique features, for instance Simultaneous play and Multiplay. Besides, we are not only focused on design and performance, but also on ergonomics as we know that only a satisfied player will spend more time in the casino. Since development and expansion of the company is something we are extremely proud of, we also added a new program - Alfastreet Marine, which includes the production of boats. And soon we will add another one – Alfastreet Interior design, which will include production of equipment for hotels and casinos.

How is company celebrating its anniversary?
Alfastreet has been building its success story for over 20 years. In all this time we developed many innovative products, which have brought joy and excitement to players all over the world. Therefore we decided to start this special year with a presentation of three new products - The Wiky, Royal Derby and R4 roulette, which we presented at ICE London. We have organized a special event for the occasion to welcome our friends, partners and customers. However, the celebration is not over yet - we still have a few surprises in the works that will be taking place throughout the year.

What does this anniversary mean for the company?
This 20th anniversary is very special for us. It is a recognition for our work in which we invested quite a lot of time, knowledge, development and resources. Nowadays our products are recognizable all over the world and people love to use them. We are really glad that all of our hard work and investment paid off.

How are clients responding?
We are thrilled and proud, that our client's responses are extremely inspiring and encouraging. Alfastreet has been one of the first providers of electronic table games that has established itself with pioneering engineering and the highest quality, subsequently gaining a spotless reputation all over the world (we are present in 86 countries at the moment).

Our clients are very pleased with our products and they are coming back for more. It is the highest recognition a company could strive for and we have to maintain our standards in order to honour their expectations.

What goals has Alfastreet achieved in these years?
Alfastreet has reached many goals in the last years, some of them were exceeded. Practically every year a new product/cabinet was presented, we have been constantly updating and improving our software and also established a reference technical support, which is available 24/7, 365 days a year. We also extended development and sales team, and we are really glad that now we are able to satisfy all of our clients requests. The communication and pristine relationship with our clients is of highest importance to us and we want everybody that works with us to be able to fully depend on our products and services.

What are your future goals?
The future objective is to remain one of the leading ETG providers and expand our offer with new family of products that are currently being developed and really show the world what our future orientation will be. On the other hand, we are determined to expand our presence in certain markets and strengthen our position on the existing ones. There are many plans and we are eager to meet the challenge. The idea is not to expand our company much but to upgrade our product and services line-up, retaining our flexibility and individual contact with our clients, who will get an even more custom-tailored service.

What, if any, is the goal to be met by the end of the year? 
This year we have been faced with many challenges, but our main goal is to finish two new products – the Wiky single terminal and the Royal Derby (horse racing machine), which is expected to be in production, ready and implemented in locations by the beginning of next year. We have already received many requests for these two products, therefore we have invested all of our time, effort and funding to finish these two products. We are really looking forward to seeing our clients and players’ reactions to the finished products.

Another big project is the beginning of the casino and hotel equipment line, which we are launching this September. We have sensed the increased demand for it and since we already have the technical know-how and a production line for gaming machines and other wooden products it was a logical step to take. We have received quite many requests over the last couple of years and we decided to expand our services.

What are your plans for the coming months?
At the moment we are in negotiations with potential new distributors. We can't say more about this until contracts are signed, but things are going really well and it looks as if this year will be more than successful for us. We expect the results to be even better for the year to come and we are looking at the future with great enthusiasm and optimism.
