Penn National’s CEO joins board of directors

(US).- Penn National Gaming named CEO Tim Wilmott to the company’s board of directors. Wilmott will become the seventh member of the board. Willmot, who joined Penn as president and COO in February 2008, was then named CEO in November 2013.
The company operates almost 30 casinos and racetracks in 18 states and provinces including M Resort in Henderson.
Prior to joining Penn, Wilmott was an executive with Harrah’s Entertainment, now Caesars Entertainment Corp., since 1987 and was COO at Harrah’s for four years.
