(US, exclusive Yogonet.com).- At the 20th Annual Oklahoma Indian Gaming Association (OIGA) Conference and Trade Show, held on August 11-13 at the Cox Center in Oklahoma City, Greentube showcased its social gaming platform – Greentube Pro – which caters directly to tribal casinos. Gabriel Cianchetto, President, Market Development, North America, talked to Yogonet.com about this fascinating product and explained the details of the new solution in depth.

What are the main features of your private label; social casino?
Greentube Pro was designed for land based casinos with a viable social gaming platform. Our key features include:

Clients’ Databases Remains Private: The Greentube solution does not require access to client databases. Player profiles and information remain in-house and are never accessed by Greentube.

Brand-Specific Offerings: Players only see the Client’s brand while playing, never Greentube, ensuring a uniform brand experience.

Customization: Greentube Pro allows clients to market their own promotions and events. Furthermore, players interface with the Casino’s existing loyalty program enabling them to earn or use loyalty points. 

Who does it target?
Greentube Pro is scalable and can accommodate any size casino. The platform offers a wide range of popular and proven Novomatic games, allowing any casino the ability to provide their players with recognized games like Hoffmania and others.

How can this platform benefit operators and players?
An effective social gaming platform generates brand loyalty among players. It engages players after they leave the casino and entices them to return through the accumulation of points and incentives.

Previously, many small and mid-sized casinos believed they could not afford an effective social gaming platform. Others were not willing to allow access to their database of players. Greentube Pro successfully addresses both of these hurdles. Casinos can seamlessly integrate Greentube Pro with their existing loyalty program.

Players benefit by developing equity in the casino brand by accumulating points and other incentives to return to the land-based casino as a VIP player.In addition, Greentube Pro provides every client with in-depth analysis on usage, redemption, retention and acquisition. Many smaller casinos lack this level of analysis. 

How is social gaming evolving in the US?
Globally, the social casino industry will attain $4.2 billion by 2016 and the United States stands to claim a large section of that market. According to SuperData Research, 82 percent of social casino players visited a land-based casino within the past year. Social gaming is the most economically viable way to build brand equity among players and generate repeat visits to land-based casinos

What is the state of the online gaming industry, in general?
At present, we are focusing on the land-based casino market with a distant eye toward the expansion of licensed and regulated online gaming in the US. Greentube Pro is an excellent marketing platform for any land-based casino. Should a client obtain the proper licensure to provide real money games, Greentube Pro can accommodate.

Do you think that standardization is approaching in the industry?
We do not have an answer for this, given that we are focused on land-based, social gaming

How do online operators regard the present state of the industry?
Greentube Pro is a social gaming platform for land-based casinos. The platform can, of course, be converted to real money, should an operator obtain the proper licensure, but we are focused on offering social gaming for the scores of casinos that are missing out on this valuable opportunity.

Many of the casinos we speak with have a strong sense of optimism that online gaming will continue to expand throughout the United States. The industry has created technology that satisfies government regulators. Each state needs to decide their own online gaming destiny. 

What can you forecast about the global regulatory framework? What are next steps?
We do not have an answer for this, given that we are focused on land-based, social gaming.
