(Philippines).- Leisure and Resorts World announced the launch of a new brand for its retail gaming outlets for bingo to be unveiled in the fourth quarter of 2014. Half of the new outlets are due to open outside Manila. The company is planning to establish another 20 gaming outlets in the Philippines before the end of the year.
Bingo Bonanza was operating 39 traditional bingo halls and 35 bingo boutiques with electronic machines by the end of 2013, making it the biggest bingo operator in the country.
The deal to acquire Total Gamezone Extreme has been valued at USD 14.3 million.
