(Spain).- Sociedad Estatal Loterías y Apuestas del Estado (SELAE/LAE), the Spanish state lottery group, announced it has extended its partnership with the Spanish Football League (LFP).

(Spain).- Sociedad Estatal Loterías y Apuestas del Estado (SELAE/LAE), the Spanish state lottery group, announced it has extended its partnership with the Spanish Football League (LFP).
The extended agreement will run throughout the 2014-15 season of the Spanish Liga top-flight football club competition.
Under the agreement, long-running football pools servicing La Quiniela will continue to operate throughout the coming season.
La Quiniela will boast a number of new features for the 2014-15 campaign, including enhanced prizes and a live application that allows players to validate their ticket via a mobile device.
Speaking about La Quiniela, Spanish Secretary of State for Sport, Miguel Cardenal, described it as the “engine” that helps drive the development of domestic football.
