(UK).-Nexthink will provide its IT monitoring services to Betfair, keeping an eye on the company’s websites and IT facilities in Europe.
Nexthink’s V5 service watches over networks and reports on user events across the entire spectrum of IT operations, recording performance data and flagging problem areas and security risks.
Michael Bischoff, CTO at Betfair, says that the monitoring project has enabled Betfair to consolidate all operations under one umbrella monitoring solution, which has produced worthwhile results in identifying and resolving performance areas that could be improved. “We need to make sure that every element of our technical estate is match fit, and the end-user perspective that Nexthink offers of our entire IT infrastructure will help us achieve this goal,” he explained.
