• Gold Club, based in Sežana, Slovenia, creates innovative products through employee synergy that has the company and its machines in a wide variety of global gaming markets.
• Intervision Gaming, based in Nicosia, Cyprus, produces and develops a variety of revolutionary products for the worldwide gaming industry.
• Metronia, based in Madrid, Spain, and established in 1994, operates Bingo Electrónico de España, SA and specializes in unique electronic bingo and gaming machines.
• Portilla, Ruy-Díaz y Aguilar, based in Mexico City, was founded by experienced lawyers from Mexico and the US and specializes in gaming, compliance, real estate, litigation and international trade legal services.
• U1 Gaming, based in Bozeman, Montana, with an office in Las Vegas, designs, manufactures and distributes multi-game video gaming machines for casinos, bars and taverns.
