(US).- Pinnacle Entertainment has announced that effective today it has closed an exchange offer, whereby it has exchanged USD 850 million aggregate principal amount of 6.375% Senior Notes due 2021, which have been registered under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended, for an equal principal amount of its outstanding 6.375% Senior Notes due 2021, upon the terms and subject to the conditions set forth in the prospectus, dated May 9, 2014, and the related letter of transmittal, including any amendments or supplements thereto.
