(Greece).- Intralot announced the signing of a 3-year, 200million euro Syndicated Loan Facility (with a one-year extension option) out of its subsidiary Intralot Finance UK. The Facility will replace the existing syndicated loan which has been fully redeemed and was due to mature in December 2014.

The transaction was coordinated by SociétéGénérale and Alpha Bank UK, while the syndicate included Citigroup, Eurobank, National Bank of Greece and Piraeus Bank, which acted as Mandated Lead Arrangers.

Antonios Kerastaris, Group Chief Financial Officer of Intralot, stated: “One month following our successful return to the global capital markets with the issuance of a 7-year unsecured note, we tap the international bank market, which confirmed the support towards our strategy and business outlook. The renewal of our syndicated credit facility, well before its maturity, concludes a process that now provides Intralot with a diverse, flexible and long-term funding structure. Armed with this we will evaluate new investment opportunities globally and within our existing asset portfolio focusing on boosting profitability and shareholder value.”
