Wynn Resorts names CFO

(US).- Wynn Resorts on May 16 named Stephen Cootey the company's CFO, senior vice president and treasurer, effective immediately. According to a Form 8-K filed May 20, Cootey has served as the company's treasurer since February, and as the company's senior vice president of finance from January to May.
Prior to joining Wynn Resorts, Cootey served as senior vice president of corporate finance for Las Vegas Sands from March 2012 to December 2013, and vice president of corporate finance from October 2009 to March 2012.
Matt Maddox, whom Cootey replaces as CFO and treasurer, will continue to hold the position of the company's president.
