Donna Kimmel will report to GTECH Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Public Affairs Robert K. Vincent. “The wealth of knowledge and experience that Donna brings to GTECH will play an integral role in aligning our organization, attracting and retaining talented individuals, and motivating our employees to help achieve our growth plans,” said Mr. Vincent. “I am confident that Donna has the right combination of business insight, relevant experience, and leadership skills to ensure that the Human Resources group will have an expanding role as a significant and important contributor to our continued success.”
She brings more than 25 years of experience to GTECH having served in various senior Human Resources leadership positions with Texas Instruments and Sensata Technologies. Most recently, Donna held the position of Senior Vice President and Global Chief Human Resources Officer at Sensata Technologies (formally the Sensors & Controls Business at Texas Instruments) where she oversaw a 90-person global Human Resources team. She was also part of a leadership team that took the company from a division of Texas Instruments, to a privately-held company, and built it up to become a publicly-traded company on the New York Stock Exchange.
Prior to Sensata Technologies, Kimmel was the Vice President of Worldwide Human Resources, Sensors & Controls Business at Texas Instruments. In this role, she was responsible for redesigning the company’s worldwide Human Resources strategy and aligning its business growth with its expansion in China. In her early career, she worked in various Human Resources positions at Fannie Mae in Washington, D.C.; Independence Bancorp in Perkasie, Pennsylvania; and Doylestown Federal Savings & Loan in Doylestown, Pennsylvania.
Donna Kimmel received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Development and Interpersonal Communication from the University of Delaware in Newark, Delaware, and her Master of Science degree in Organizational Development from Pepperdine University in Malibu, California. She sits on the Board of Directors at Sturdy Memorial Hospital and on the Board of the International Engineering Program at the University of Rhode Island. Sheresides in North Attleborough, Massachusetts.
