Interview with Pablo Quirós, Tom Horn Enterprise Commercial Manager for Latin America

(Colombia, exclusive Yogonet.com).- For the second time, Tom Horn Enterprise will be one of the exhibiting companies at the FADJA next week. “We believe this show will soon be the most popular and visited in the area,” said the Commercial Manager for Latin America. “We want to penetrate this part of the continent and demonstrate that we have one of the most complete products available in the market,” he assured.

Why have you decided to participate with a stand in the FADJA Colombia? What are your goals?
This is our second time participating in this event and we believe this show will soon be the most popular and visited in the area. Our aims are clear, to maintain our growth in Latin America andobtain a similar influence here as in other markets, such as Europe, in addition to becoming the most complete and accessible solution for the market.


What is the potential of the Colombian market in each of the business areas of Tom Horn: casino games software, games for online casinos and land-based and consultancy? What opportunities do you offer? Do you identify any market weaknesses?
Among all our areas, the Colombian market is highly attractive. This market, as well as the rest of the region has its eyes on portable and online solutions, for which we are as ready for and  equally of competent in,asany other product. Opportunities will soon be available in Colombia, as legislation is changing. As a weakness, we can only think about the cultural change needed in Latin America to transitionto the online environment.


This year you visited the Caribbean Gaming Show, and you’re going to visit the SAGSE Panama. On top of FADJA, you will present at the Peru Gaming Show. How important is Latin America for the company and why?
We are dedicating this 2014exclusively to Latin America, as we have demonstrated. We want to penetrate this part of the continent and demonstrate that we have one of the most complete products available in the market.The only way to show this is with our exhibition. We believe in the commercial growth of the region and that’s why we bet on the country.


You have an office in Costa Rica. Do you plan to open any other office in this region in the short or medium term?
The possibility is not being considered at the moment.However, we have agents in almost all countries in the area. We do not discard future openings required for commercial growth.


What games and/or products are you promoting with more emphasis this year? What is your greatest differential?
We have recently launched six new slot games. Our more than 40developers inBratislavaenable us to be in constant renovation. Besides, we have launched our API 2.0. and we are one of the very few developers that can guarantee winning per store/agent.


How do you think technology will continue evolving within the fields you handle? What must operators be prepared for?
Technology doesn’t stop and neither do we. So, in order to generate the best products, our staff is in a constant learning process and is aware of the latest changes. We listen to our operators, and in fact we are the ones that have to be prepared for their requirements, without forgetting innovation, of course.
