(China).- Beijing is set to expand Sports Lottery betting options beyond soccer and basketball, allowing bets on 10 other sports.

(China).- Beijing is set to expand Sports Lottery betting options beyond soccer and basketball, allowing bets on 10 other sports.
The State General Administration of Sport said tennis, badminton, beach volleyball, volleyball, ice hockey, hockey, team handball, water polo, table tennis and other football codes would be included in the expanded lottery from Saturday.
The new betting options will be available first in Guangdong, Beijing and Tianjin.
Winning payouts will consume 65 percent of revenue, administration will use up 13 percent and social funds will get 22 percent.
