What products will Camelotcol exhibit at FADJA Colombia?
We are committed that 2014 be a year of technological renewal for our company. That’s why we are exhibiting new products for the market, such as the machines from Casino Technology, Baum Games, Ainsworth A560 and a couple of new brands we will introduce to the market. We always think along the lines of state-of-the-art machines with prices suitable for the Latin American context.

Last year you started distributing Casino Technology products in Colombia.What’s the market response been like?
The first consignment of Casino Technology machines has already arrived in Colombia. They are in our warehouse and we are preparing to send them to their respective gambling venues. I am proud to say that all the machines have been bought in a period of just 30 days, meaning that at present we actually don’t  have any machines left on offer.

The company usually offers special promotions to sell second-hand machines. Is there any promotion currently available? Do you plan to launch one?
Well, due to our technological renewal, we have many second-hand machines we will put on sale at FADJA, among them, Ainsworth Ambassador, WMS BB1, and more. All of them have extraordinary prices and we offer credit facilities for some of them.

How do you rate the performance of Coljuegos?
We think Coljuegos has suffered many changes in recent months and it obviously affects its speed of response. For example, in order to be able to withdraw or enter machines to a gambling venue, there is a delay of 60 days in getting an answer from Coljuegos. Obviously this  harms our business significantly.

In what ways do you think the regulatory body should be improved??
Definitely by addressing the high percentage of illegal casinos in the country, which are an unfair competition for serious and legal operators.

What are the company’s plans for the following months?

We will bring in 200 Baum machines in the next months because the products are working impressively in Colombia. We also envisage the positive trailing of Casino Technology machines and therefore that we wll be bringing more of these in. We can also reveal that we will soon be bringing in a new machine brand, about which more will be said closer to the time-
