GameAccount Network, which listed on AIM in November 2013, said it expects to launch a simulated gaming website with Osage Casinos in the second-half of 2014.
Osage Casinos is owned by the Osage Nation, a Native American tribe, and comprises 7 casino properties in the state of Oklahoma.
Chief Executive Dermot Smurfit said there is a significant opportunity within Oklahoma and throughout the US to grow the Osage Casino brand online.
In January, GameAccount Network formed a strategic partnership with Konami Gaming, Inc, the gaming subsidiary of Japanese video-games studio Konami Corp, to deliver its games in regulated markets via its internet gaming software system.
GameAccount will also offer its GameStack internet gaming system to land-based casino operators that use Konami's Konami Synkros casino management system. GameAccount Network shares were Friday quoted at 140.00 pence, up 1.1%.
