 How do you evaluate your participation at the Caribbean Gaming Show?
We evaluate a show on how many casino customers we can touch.  Transact Technologies demonstrated the Epic 950 Ticket Printer, a key component in the Epicentral Print System. Designed for use in the Casino and Gaming industries, Epicentral is an industry leading solution that prints personalized coupons and marketing offers directly at the slot machine – in real time.
 To date, casinos currently using Epicentral have seen:
• 100% increase in lower-tier player Average Daily Theo (ADT) on day of random award
• 87% redemption rate of coupon targeted at carded players
• 70% redemption of “Free Slots Play” coupon
• 60% increase in Player Club registrations in only 90 days
• 50% increase in player points earned on slots and EGTs in only 90 days
• 40% redemption rate of coupons that encourage mid-week visits
• 20% increase in Handle in only 90 days
• 16% increase in Drop in only 90 days
 
Did you only engage with local operators, or did you meet operators from across the Caribbean?

 What were these operators demanding? How can you cover their requirements?
Casinos are demanding a cost effective way to communicate with their customer at the slot machine driving longer time on device and a more pleasurable experience. This is exactly what Epicentral will deliver for casinos.

 How would you describe your work with Suzo-Happ, and the presence of the Caribbean region?
Suzo-Happ is one of the premier distributors in the Caribbean market, providing not only wide breadth of products but also the knowledge and resources to implement any solution.  They will be providing both sales and service of the Transact products as well working through the process of implementing Epicentral in the casinos.

 What deals have you closed recently, what products have been installed?
The Hyatt Casino in Manati just recently opened with all Epic 950’s in the property. They were looking for a product with the best reliability and innovation – the 950 has the lowest failure rate in the industry with a proven life cycle.  It will also give them the ability to run Epicentral when they want to enable it.
