Gtech completes buyout of Unicredit stake

(Italy).- Gtech has announced it has acquired from UniCredit - through the exercise of the call option announced on March 13, 2014 - the entire interest indirectly held by UniCredit in the Italian Gratta e Vinci (Scratch and Win) licensee, Lotterie Nazionali, for a total amount of approximately 72 million euros.
As a result of today’s transaction, Gtech’s direct and indirect interest in Gratta e Vinci has increased from 51.5% to 64%.
