Optimal Payments has appointed new Non-Executive Director
Brahm brings a wealth of experience to the Board, and has a background in M&A, finance and securities law acting for public and private companies in Canada, the United States and elsewhere. Gelfand is also currently a director of 360 VOX Corporation and Tefron which are publicly listed. He is a member of the American Bar Association, Canadian Bar Association and Quebec Bar Association.
Gelfand is also a director of several private companies - which are Dundee Sustainable Technologies, 89737 Canada Lteé, Recherches Devatech, Les Ressources Malmaison, IFP Technologies, Tecnica Group Canada, Tecnica Group USA, Volt Canada and Volt Consulting MSP Canada. He was formerly a director of Stedfast.
