Designed to appeal to the Spanish demographic, the initial pack incorporates a wide range of popular themes and mathematical formulae from Aristocrat’s proven global games library. Players can immerse themselves in ancient Egyptian gaming adventure in King of the Nile or Nile Princess, go prospecting for undiscovered treasures with Genie’s Riches or There’s The Gold, enter carnival mood at the Party in Rio, or plunder the Australian outback with Big Red.
“Getting this product to market required a concerted effort from teams in Stockholm, London and Barcelona, as well as close co-operation from Dioper,” said Aristocrat’s General Manager – EMEA, Pedro De Matos. “The switch-on went according to plan and integrated seamlessly, just as it did a few days later when we ran our first live remote demonstration of the system from our stand at the ICE show in London.”
Raúl Rubio, Vice-President of Dioper 2000, added, “Our customers have responded very encouragingly to this new form of multigame on the gaming floor and we are proud to have pioneered its introduction in Spain.”
Having piloted the project, Aristocrat’s Senior Sales Manager – Online & New Technologies, Ian Adams explained that the system will be capable of deploying new games and enhancements remotely, without any technician present on site. “It also offers a complete back-office management system for the ultimate in secure, flexible, reliable and mass market gaming distribution, with a range of analytical tools to monitor game performance and dispute management,” he said. “Furthermore, payments in/out can be tickets, coins, notes or card-based.
“This system has now been introduced across seven sites, owned by three different operators in Aragon, with more installations scheduled across the next few weeks,” Ian Adams concluded.
