(UK, exclusive Yogonet.com).- Tom Mitchell, Slot Tickets Managing Director Special Projects, was upbeat about his firm’s participation at the recent ICE London show. “Our joint stand with Eurocoin was very busy with customers worldwide,” he said. He also talked about the development of the firm’s technology and how it is enhancing its core products and business.

How would you sum up your experience at ICE 2014?
ICE 2014 was our best ICE in over 10 years of exhibiting our products; this was absolutely the best venue to visit current customers and qualified prospects.

How did operators respond to your products?
Slot-Tickets provides its brand of TITO tickets through its exclusive distributor Eurocoin, LTD. London for all casinos in the EMEA. Eurocoin holds the majority of tickets sales for properties in their area. Our joint stand with Eurocoin was very busy with customers worldwide.

How has technology evolved and enhanced your core products and business?
The world of ticket printing is one of cost savings for each and every customer no matter their physical size. To that end over the 13 years that the modern TITO, introduced by IGT, has been expanding worldwide we have constantly upgraded and even customized to a great extent our production line to produce the extreme high quality yet low cost tickets demanded by today’s expanding global marketplace.

What can you tell us about your work with Eurocoin? What does the Distributor of The Year award mean to you?
From the inception of the expansion of EZ-Pay by IGT we sought the highest professional team in Europe and now the EMEA to offer the personal efficiencies and local language we felt would be required. The Eurocoin team lead by Colin Veitch, Managing Director, has met every challenge in every situation and, with their super staff, has again earned them our Distributor of the Year Award.

What are your objectives for the EMEA (Europe, Middle East & Africa) market?
Our goal is always to fulfill two major objectives in all our markets and that is to supply the highest quality products at the lowest possible cost to the customers. We do an outstandingly good job of this throughout our organization.
