(UK, exclusive Yogonet.com).- This year's exhibition was very well attended, we clearly noticed an increasing number of visitors,” said Rob Prins, Product Design Manager at Gaming Support, who talked to Yogonet.com about the performance of the company at the recent ICE show in London.

What novelties did Gaming Support present at ICE?
Showing the seamless tiling of our products really caught the public's eye. As a “Main Attractor” on our booth, we combined Signage, BonusBox and Media Player Lite and showed visitors that Gaming Support can bring FUN to the clients of our clients.

Clearly displaying our technical products such as Jackpot Controllers, Slotmachine Interface Boards and Sign Electronic Controllers invited people to talk about the possibilities of their individual features rather than explaining their operation; Usually these products never get much spotlight attention and are hardly visible to the public but they are important for a flawless organisation of the games in the casino’s.

What feedback did you receive from visitors and what are your views on the latest ICE edition?
This year's exhibition was very well attended, we clearly noticed an increasing number of visitors. Our "Celebration" theme proved to be appealing to the public and we were pleased to attract a crowd at our stand. With this theme we successfully expressed the general purpose of all of our products, which is in fact sharing the winning experience and contribute to a festive mood in the gaming venues.
Apparently this did not need much explanation and we have received a lot of attention on our new Jackpot Controller, Media Player and, of course, our Interactive Signage.

What are the main markets for the company at present and what markets do you want to target in the future?
Although the products of Gaming support are installed all over the globe, the European markets is still very important to us. Many of our loyal customers are based in Europe and we will support them as we have done for the last 15 years. We see good opportunities in Europe as the market will gain some strength over the horizon. We notice that our customers appreciate not only our products but also our service level.

What are your business strategies for 2014?
New bonusing products, jackpot concepts and analytical tools for operators are constantly improved to enhance the player experience and increase to value-for-money paradigm. Successful products will focus on the players experience more and more, opposed to solely being focused on the gaming venues bottom line.
