(US, exclusive Yogonet.com).- Tatiana Williamson, Executive Director of Player Development at Players Club Tours talked to Yogonet.com about the main goals of the company, the casinos they work with and the services they bring to their customers. She anticipated two plans for the near future: to start having online gamblers and their desire to expand in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

What are the main goals of your company?
Well, the company is called Players’ Club Tours and we work with all the casinos in the world and all the cruise lines and we organize trips to Las Vegas, Bahamas, Aruba and Atlantic City. We do all these trips for gamblers, for high-rollers, people that spend a lot of money gambling, and we also send them on free cruises with all the cruise lines, with Royal Caribbean, Celebrity, Princess, Carnival, Holland America Line and Norwegian.

Which casinos do you work with?
We work with all the casinos worldwide. In Vegas we work with Caesars Entertainment, with MGM Properties, with all the casinos in Las Vegas; we work with Atlantic in the Bahamas, and with Belaggio, to name a few.

What games and machines do players prefer?
I have very few players that play poker; we don’t have that many poker players. They play mostly black-jack, and the ladies play slots. So I would say probably 60% of our customers play slots.

Does online gambling affect your business activities or not?
At this time, we do not have online gambling but we are actually in the process of starting something. So probably within a few months, maybe in two or three months, we will have access to online gambling, we will actually have a game on our website, and we will start having online gamblers as well.

Where do your customers come from?
Most of our customers are from the United States, obviously. We also have clients from Brazil, that we bring here to the United States. As for the overseas, I would say we work with many from the Bahamas.

We work with very high-end people; we take care of absolutely every single thing. So if there is a person that plays very, very well, we would be able to pay for his air-fare to fly to whatever casino he wants to go to, to pay for his room, food and beverage, and for shows - for example, right now, Celine Dion or Elton John in Las Vegas. We take care of absolutely everything: a limo to pick them up from the airport, private jets to take them back home….we organise their parties, get in touch with their friends. These clients can go on a cruise as many times as they want; they can go to Hawaii, to the Bahamas, to the Caribbean or wherever. They can go any time they wish, stay as long as they want, because we are paying for the cruise.  It depends on the kind of player they are. If they play blackjack, for example, and they don’t play that much, then we are still able to give them a discount for something, or pay for the room. But for really good players, we are ready to provide absolutely everything. It all depends on what kind of players they are.

What strategies do you have for the future?
Right now we have a lot of clients, we have hundreds and thousands of clients that we send. I have clients going out on tour to casinos and cruises almost every single day. So what we are planning to do in the next few months are online casinos and then group trips we will bring together a lot of people to create a big group and send them to a casino.
We are trying to expand in Brazil, in Rio de Janeiro. We have found an investor, and we have clients coming here from Brazil, and probably, within the next few months, we will be able to send our US customers on cruises to Rio de Janeiro.
