(UK).- Jurgen De Munck, founder and CEO of DRGT, commented about the products that the firm presented at recent ICE show and the visitors response to their portfolio of products. “Our goal is to bring our unique benefits to more operators and players alike,” he added.

How was the ICE for you?
The ICE proved to be the busiest show ever for us. We were busy in meetings from start to finish.  Our technology has greatly simplified and reduced the barriers to entry for gaming operators around the world. Furthermore, the day-to-day running costs are much lower as no IT staff is required to manage the system. This is because we use serverless technology and can connect all slots. Today operators do not need to make a choice of making older slots redundant to connect to a system. Adding to that the serverless technology, daily systems management is easy and extremely cost-effective.

How did ICE visitors respond to your catalogue?
Our catalogue gives in-depth information on our ever-growing portfolio. Our systems technology is flexible and modular. That means operators can choose which sections they need today, knowing that they can expand with more tomorrow and their current portfolio fits in perfectly with these additions. Thus, our catalogue is a great help for our customers.

Have you attracted new customers during the show?
We continually attract new customers and the ICE is the perfect venue to welcome new customers and well as greet our customer base.

Which markets are your main target nowadays? Why?
We have focused our effects on the European / African and Latin American markets. We see further opportunity for growth here. Naturally the Asian market is a target for us and underlines how excited we are as we know that strong growth opportunities abound for us.

Tell us about the innovations you brought to ICE.
The ICE was the ideal platform for DRGT to bring even more systems innovations to the market. The drScreen technology enables players to view and manage their accounts directly on the slot machine. The video monitor becomes the information screen whilst the other monitor can be used for continual game play. Not only that – operators can make use of drScreen to communicate with, inform, entertain and educate their customers. Now drScreen has even more exciting possibilities. The World Cup is only a few months away and operators will be able to show the football matches directly on the video slot. Just imagine – a player in two minds – watching the football and wanting to enjoy slots gaming. Today both are possible thanks to drScreen! Furthermore, operators can integrate a live camera feed on to the slots screens – a great way to show that raffle draw to all players at the same time, for example. And if that was not enough, then operators can even make use of the sound and graphics their slot machines have to turn them into a juke box – a real music machine – at the same time.

What are your plans for the coming months?
Focused international growth. Our systems technology is in use today in over thirty different countries around the world. Our goal is to bring our unique benefits to more operators and players alike. The feedback from the ICE truly puts us in a sensational mood to achieve this.
