The event attended by the who’s who of the gaming industry, recognises the achievements of the most innovative and influential Land Based on Online suppliers as well as Operators from across the Globe.
For the past 18 months our commitment to innovation through research and development has seen us transforming our traditional portfolio into enabling technology devices that bring major benefits to our customers. We are extremely honoured to receive this award as recognition of leaders in the Technology Provider / Supplier category.
Why is it important for your company to exhibit in London?
The ICE show has always been important for us as its one of the major international gaming events in the year. This year’s show was particularly good - in fact I would say the best for quite a few years. The venue and the show layout worked really well and from initial figures, visitor attendance was at record levels. There was a positive buzz on the show floor, which was experienced by exhibitors and customers alike.
Did you launch new products in London? What are the main benefits/ features of the products you will presented?
The award winning Supernova Progressive Platform demonstrated its versatility as a powerful Floor Wide Event and Mystery Progressive platform that can adapt to almost any table game - showcased on Blackjack, Roulette and Baccpo - a proprietary game that has the characteristics of both Baccarat and Poker. The system allows operators to offer a wide variety of prizes and jackpots bringing more excitement to the game. Successful installations continue across the globe with over 60 tables installed in South Africa and new installations in Australia with the first US installation to go live this month.
Also showcased, the latest e-FX Elite 2 winning number display system with its striking design incorporates a new aluminum case that builds on all the strengths of the original e-FX Elite, with more added functionality and featuring a new screen with higher resolution. e-FX Elite 2 brings fully integrated cable management and improved camera fixing points with the option of an additional promotional topper screen. Backlit buttons with intelligent lighting modes deliver improved usability; whist dual attendant / staff call lights result in improved customer service.
What are your predictions for the European gaming market in 2014?
There is no major growth in the European market currently, however our focus is on growing customer partnerships by understanding their challenges and business requirements and providing compelling solutions.
What are your plans for 2014?
The journey we started 18 months ago continues with the development of key products and investment in infrastructure and people, creating teams to power innovation. We continue to grow our Product Development team, which is set to double this year and the continued evolution of our product strategy has us transforming our traditional portfolio into enabling technology devices, which sees some very exciting innovations being launched in the coming months.
