What innovations did you present at ICE?
At the exhibition, we demonstrated the result of intensive work of the whole DLV team – new multigame set Diamond Ultra with 25 games, 12 of which are new, 11 are, according to the statistics, the best games from the previous sets, and extras such as poker games. This set differs from the previous ones not only with a bigger quantity of games, but also with a new interface where games are divided into groups according to paylines.
How was the show for DLV? What feedback did you get from visitors?
As always, the show went perfectly: it was larger, and, with it, grew the number of visitors, including at DLV’s booth, which was also noticeably bigger this year. Our clients were happy to new possibilities for their operations, offered by the new multigame Diamond Ultra. However, it is worth pointing out that our Diamond Games Premium series for standalone machines, and our jackpot series - Jewel Jackpot 3, Dragon Jackpot, Gauya Quest and Vollinstars – attracted many new clients.
What are the main markets for the company at present?
This is, of course, Latvia, where DLV runs its own gaming halls; also Peru with representation of DLV in Latin America by DLV Peru; Costa Rica, Malta, Ireland, the Philippines, Cambodia etc.
What markets do you want to target in the future?
We have set as an objective and have been diligently working on the possibility of entering the markets of Panama and Dominican Republic. In March, DLV will participate in the Caribbean Gaming show 2014 in Puerto -Rico - and we are sure that it will bring us many new contacts. However, we target not only the Latin American region, but also the regions of Europe and Asia.
What are your business strategies for 2014?
Certainly, we will continue expanding into new markets and evolve in those where DLV is already present, simultaneously creating new products for our clients and attracting new clients with the great performance results of the machines and customised approach to their needs.
