(China).- Sociedade de Lotarias Wing Hing Lda will keep its monopoly on “Chinese lotteries” at least until the end of the year. The company renewed the contract for USD 62,500.
The company has held the monopoly since 1990, with the most recent contract expiring at the end of last year.
Gross gaming revenue from the lottery was USD 63 million last year, 16.7 percent less than in 2012, according to official data.
