Tell us about the products you displayed at the recent ICE show
Our exhibition at ICE 2014 was our most cohesive offer we have ever presented. Our wide range of world leading manual, semi-automatic and automatic roulette wheels were on display, including our revolutionary Mercury 360 RRS (Random Rotor Speed) designed specifically for the on-line sector.
Our Billboard Display System also ticked all the boxes, demonstrating its ability to accept game result data from our Mercury 360 and Slingshot 2 range of roulette wheels, the EyeCard Plus System, our Td2 Keypad and Ti software, plus a range of third party products including the Angel Eye and Bee card shoes, giving our customers a standardised table display system for multiple games.
We also showed our PitBoss and Wheel Manager software applications, plus our content scheduling application; MediaPro. In addition we were able to promote our ‘Bundle Offer’ bringing best of breed products together including; the Mercury 360 Wheel, Billboard Display, ICON Poker Wheel Checks, Roulette Table and Bally Chip Star chipper in a convenient and cost effective package.
Our unique roulette side bets are also developing a following, including Lucky Symbols, Double Shot and Aurora Roulette, and these were taking centre stage in our ‘roulette pit’.
Generally speaking, how did you feel about this year's ICE?
ICE 2014 was undoubtedly our most successful exhibition in our 25 years. Our offer attracts live and on-line casino operators, with products tailored for these respective markets and this was evident in the volume of traffic on our stand. Innovation has always been at the heart of Cammegh’s products, keeping quality and reliability in sharp focus together with our attentive customer support. Our customers value these qualities; a common theme found in the feedback we received during the show, just as it was in the level of confidence when customers placed new orders. We have already signed up, and looking forward to 2015.
What are the most important markets for Cammegh and why?
Cammegh have valued customers in casinos all over the world and it is impossible to single out any particular market of importance. We might be winning orders and contracts in certain regions more than others at any given time, reflecting regional levels of activity, but the relationships and levels of repeat business we win in more established markets are just as important and valuable.
What plans and expectations do you have for the coming months?
Our immediate challenge is to follow up the impressive growth in enquiries during ICE 2014, but we are also continuing to develop new products and improve our offer still further. We have some trials for roulette side bets about to mature and I look forward to making some positive press releases concerning these, we expect to see a sharp increase in the number of operators taking up Lucky Symbols, Double Shot or Aurora Roulette in 2014, delivering increased revenue from roulette. Cammegh is also growing as a company, and this brings exciting new opportunities in our ability to build a wider network of customers. We have an exciting year ahead.
