IGT appointed new Vice President of Games

A 20-year industry veteran, Veevaert has a remarkable game development background and successful track record of bringing world-renowned hits to life. From console to social gaming, Veevaert has held executive positions at Zynga, Jerry Bruckheimer Games, Microsoft and Vivendi/Sierra Entertainment. Veevaert served as Vice President over the "Half-Life" and "Counter-Strike" franchises, as well as Executive Producer of the video game sensation "Halo 3." Additionally, Veevaert brought the mega-successful "Gears of War" franchise to Xbox. Prior to joining IGT, Veevaert served as General Manager of Zynga's Game Studio in Seattle, Wash.
