(Italy).- Gtech reports that the Supreme Court of Cassation has rejected the AAMS (now Agenzia delle Dogane e dei Monopoli) appeal filed in 2012 against a ruling of the Rome Court of Appeal.

Likewise, the same Supreme Court of Cassation has declared inadmissible the petition presented by Stanley International Betting Limited in the same judgment.

The ruling refers to the starting date of the Lotto Concession, as related to the arbitration panel that, on August 1, 2005, had decided in favor of Gtech ascertaining  that the initial starting date of the Lotto Concession was June 8, 1998.
