Ladbrokes and Playtech launch Live Dealer service
The new suite of Live Dealer games, which includes roulette, blackjack, baccarat and casino hold'em, allows players to bet with a live dealer and experience games in high-definition quality.
Playtech’s Live Dealer product will also deliver back office systems to support ‘bonusing’ and improvements in customers service for Ladbrokes, while the bookmaker will also be able to increase the number of Live Dealer tables available to customers.
“Playtech live dealer further extends the range of Playtech's market leading products available to Ladbrokes customers,” Ladbrokes digital managing director Jim Mullen said.
“The launch follows the delivery of the Vegas tab of casino games in July, the Mobenga sports betting mobile app in December and the launch of Playtech Poker on our gaming site just before Christmas. It is another important milestone for our digital business.”
