Before opting for a move to Amaya, Goldstein was a principal shareholder in the corporate and securities practice at international law firm Greenberg Traurig.
Goldstein was also the co-chair of the company’s Gaming Practice, a multi-disciplinary team of attorneys that represented various companies throughout the gaming industry, as well as investment banks and lenders in financing transactions.
