USD 1.6 million refurbishment for Leicester casino

(UK).- Operator Rank Group has refurbished and relaunched its Grosvenor G Casino Leicester in the UK following a USD 1.6 million investment. The casino is one of the 19 venues Rank Group acquired from Gala Coral Group in May 2013. Visitors can now enjoy a high-tech gaming floor 24 hours a day as well as Leicester’s first 24-hour sports bar. In addition, there is a new restaurant serving traditional favourites and daily specials.
The refurbished casino also features a new private area for players to enjoy higher-stake table games, such as roulette and blackjack, that can also be hired for smaller events or private games.
Chris Maskill, general manager of Grosvenor G Casino Leicester, said: “The investment in the casino has really changed the look and feel of the venue and we now have one of the best facilities for gamers in the East Midlands.”
