(France).- The last Slot Summit of this year took place between 10th and 12th December at the Casino Enghien-les-Bains in Paris, France. The Suzo-Happ team was joined by Tracey Chernay, Executive Vice President of Transact, to explain the great benefits the EPIC 950 thermal printer has.

The Suzo-Happ team has demonstrated its dedication in supporting local operators – not just by attending this Slot Summit, but by exhibiting there.

Tracey Chernay explained the great benefits the EPIC 950 thermal printer has. It is ideal for ticket-in, ticket-out applications. The Epic 950 is also famous for its ingenious TicketBurst jam-free feature – it prints the ticket first, then bursts and presents it to the slot player. This means less time wasted, less paper wasted and so less money wasted.

Suzo-Happ communicates directly with the operators as well as the manufacturers and distributors. Therefore, local casino operators can attain information directly from source and receive detailed information on the benefits the individual products offer.

Harald Wagemaker, EMEA Sales Director for Suzo-Happ, explained, “Casino operators need to understand what a fundamental difference component choice has on slots operations and thus on their bottom line. We have the most in-depth knowledge and product solutions. We invest in communicating with local operators by exhibiting at the Slot Summit alongside local gaming shows. We have received much positive feedback from the industry for this investment we are making here”.
