(US).- Together with its partner Spin Games, KGM Gaming has announced an agreement with Caesars Interactive Entertainment (CIE) to provide the latter’s remote gaming server (RGS) and several exciting game titles to be played across CaesarsCasino.com and HarrahsCasino.com for New Jersey residents and visitors of legal age.

KGM laid the groundwork for this deal nearly six months ago when it became the first company to submit a complete working RGS for online gaming to the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement. KGM is also one of the few providers with the ability to deliver 100% mobile-ready content that will integrate through a casino's current online provider, allowing players to be fully functional via smartphone throughout New Jersey.

Jason Peters, President of KGM Gaming commented, "Our agreement with Caesars Interactive Entertainment is a natural fit. We've both approached online gaming with a start-up mentality that allows us to remain nimble and react quickly and aggressively to opportunities and challenges that arise through this process." Kent Young, President of Spin Games added, "We're delighted to be providing leading edge technology and content, with stellar partners, for such a pioneering opportunity."

CIE Senior Vice President Geoffrey Stewart added: "Together with KGM, we are committed to providing the most diverse and highest-quality content to our players on CaesarsCasino.com and HarrahsCasino.com. It is an added benefit that we are able to work with a local US gaming company like KGM."

KGM is able to offer their innovative online gaming technology to New Jersey's casino operators through the company's license agreement with Spin Games. Its Robust Online Client (ROC) offers a broad range of game content, available in both mobile and desktop formats in high definition HTML 5. Players will find traditional casino games including slots, mega ball, keno, video poker and table games. Each game will offer unique and exciting play features. Each month, KGM will be updating its game title offerings.

KGM Gaming is headquartered in Philadelphia, PA with a facility in Pleasantville, NJ. The company was founded in 2003 as a supplier and distributor of gaming machines and manufacturer of casino chairs, slot bases, casino signage, bill validators and ticket printers. Sources of the company say the firm now sits at the forefront of online gaming solutions for brick and mortar casino operators.
