(Australia).- Crown Melbourne has been presented Australian Employer of the Year 2013at the annual Australian Training Awards in Perth. This prestigious accolade was presented to Crown Melbourne’s Executive General Manager Human Resources, Alicia Gleeson atFriday night’s award ceremony held at the Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre.

The Australian Training Awards for ‘Employer of the Year’ recognises businesses that have made exemplary commitment to the national training system and the development of their employees.

The Australian Training Awards are the Australia’s Government peak awards for the vocational education and training (VET) sector and this particular award recognises eligible individuals who have demonstrated outstanding leadership in promoting and advancing quality to achieve positive outcomes in the VET sector.
