NEWave installs modules of myCompliance Manager Software in California

(US).- NEWave is protecting the newly opened Graton Resort & Casino in Rohnert Park, California., with its award-winning myCompliance Manager software suite. The company installed several modules of myCompliance Manager at the us$ 800 million casino resort including Title 31 Manager, OFAC and TINCheck software.

Graton Resort & Casino is owned by the Federated Indians of Graton Rancheria and is managed by Station Casinos. It features 3,000 slot machines, 144 table games and 13 restaurants. NEWave’s software will help the casino automate processes and maintain the highest levels of compliance, protecting the casino from fines.

NEWave’s Title 31 Manager completes, files and archives forms required to comply with FinCEN Title 31 money laundering requirements. Its OFAC Watch List provides real-time notification that a patron could be on a variety of watch lists, including OFAC, SDN and PEP. TINCheck is an on-demand feature that quickly validates address and tax ID information against USPS and IRS databases and reduces B-Notice fines.
