MD International communicates acquisition of Magic Dreams Group

(US).- The acquisition by MD International of Magic Dreams Group was made possible thanks to the intervention of two private equity funds. Becoming effective from 1st November, this operation foresees MD International entering in all the activities of the Group, its subsidiaries Omniludo and Super Slot included, as well as in its national and international commercial network.
The company is strongly determined to continue all the activities of the Group, by mainly enhancing the growing sectors, like the online gaming one, and the emerging international markets.
In order to reach a better optimization and to confer stronger continuity to the corporate actions, the Management has been committed to Luca Gerardini, Managing Director of the company, formerly General Manager.
The corporate headquarter of Magic Dreams will be maintained in Misinto, 36, Via della Pusterla, Italy.
